La casa de Miguel es excelente para desconectar y descansar. Un espacio muy acogedor rodeado de naturaleza, con vistas al hermoso pueblo de Escusa. Aunque no pude disfrutar de la piscina por la lluvia, sentí que aproveche mucho la estancia. Rosario fue muy amable, incluso me recibió con una botella de vino y postres de la zona. Espero repetir en un futuro!

A beautiful place hidden above a quiet village. We enjoyed a lovely weekend there nestled in the hillside. Would highly recommend, the hosts are lovely and very communicative. It’s a great place to go and relax and loads of amazing things to see nearby.

This was our favourite stay in Portugal. Rosario was the most wonderful host — so kind and helpful. The location is unbelievably beautiful and we were pleasantly surprised by the sheep just below the property. So fun! This is a really cozy place to stay and the property is covered in fruit and olive trees, which was beautiful. We loved laying by the pool, listening to the sheep and church bells. The place is very well taken care of. You're in the countryside so there are some flies outside, but there were no mosquitos and it's easy to keep the flies out of the house by keeping the door closed. The driveway is up a steep hill, but Rosario showed us where to go and if you go slow, it's totally fine. :) Definitely ask Rosario to show you where the good coffee is! This is also close to nearby small towns with restaurants and the Pingo Doce grocery store had everything we needed. Thank you again for sharing this amazing place with us! We hope to come back again one day.
