I made this reservation for my husband as he was working out of town and in this area. Upon arriving, there were MANY issues including blood and excrement, broken/damaged doors, piled up smelly trash in the garage, an overall odor throughout, no doorknob on front door, and patio door was left OPEN and had to be forcibly shut. I immediately messaged our hosts and dealt with Casey primarily. He agreed to have someone go back over to clean and my husband agreed to wait to check in. He even offered to install a doorknob! By the next day, my husband had become leery of the place (what else did he not see?), decided he didn’t want to stay, and I requested a partial refund. Casey told me they were not allowed to issue a refund due to Airbnb’s black and white policies. I am assuming he runs this scam regularly as some people would take his word. However, that was not the case with me and, I’m here to say in BLACK AND WHITE, Airbnb did issue a partial refund and this awful experience is over!!!

Great location but not many amenities for a long term stay. No microwave and a very limited kitchen, no broom or dustpan, only a bathroom size waste basket for the entire house, hard beds, the vacuum cleaner was clogged from day one, trash service rarely showed up, I had to take the trash to be discarded elsewhere several times and the next-door neighbors took it once. The dryer didn’t work for the first week. Fine for a short stay, not great if you’re going to be there for a while

Justin quickly assisted us when we encountered an issue getting into the house, we would definitely stay here again.

I would stay here again and again. it felt cozy and homey for our Christmas stay! The communication was quick, kind and I felt at ease while I was talking to Justin. My grandkids thought the trindle bed was so awesome. They never saw one before. All the necessities that we needed were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this place and this host. Thank you Justin for making our Christmas a success.
