The place was spacious and decorated very nicely. TVs in the master and one other room. water pressure is average. Slight dust I only can tell because I have a dust allergy. Heating and cooling system is great. a nice place to stay for sure.

We rented Kingsley’s place as we were attending a family wedding. My husband and I were in our bedroom sleeping as well as our grandchildren in two separate bedrooms and my daughter and her husband in the fourth bedroom. We heard a commotion at 9:45 pm outside our bedroom door. Kingsley had opened my daughters bedroom door and turned on the light to find them sleeping in the bed. Of course, they were frightened and concerned to find a stranger there. As we emerged from our bedroom, this man said that he was the owner and was dropping off a bathroom mat. He thought that the house was empty. Our two vehicles were parked in the driveway and all the lights were off. He did NOT ask for permission to enter and kept arguing with us that he was only dropping the mat off. Fortunately our two small grandchildren did not wake up but needless to say none of the adults got any sleep after that. We were stunned at what had occurred. I could go on but I will say that it was unbelievable.

Another great stay at Kingsley’s! It was a home away from home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and ability to cook meals and great options for ordering out! Kingsley was responsive and flexible which was very helpful to us.

Kingsley's place was Amazing! It was clean, it smell good, He had everything we needed. From the airfryer to the abundance Keurig coffee, bottles of water to the 30+ towels, we weren't missing anything! And even if we did, the grocery was steps away from the property. My kids didn't want to leave the house. It really felt like home! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb! Kingsley, thanks again for hosting!
