Bedrooms: Experience lavish comfort in our captivating bedrooms: First Bedroom: Indulge in the luxury of a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, a spacious cloth closet, and a smart TV for your entertainment. Second Bedroom: Unwind in style with another opulent king-sized bed, a full exclusive bathroom, a convenient cloth closet, and a smart TV. Plus, enjoy the added bonus of a private workspace, perfect for mixing business with pleasure during your vacation. Please note that the owners' closet in this room is off-limits for guests. Third Bedroom: Ascend to the delightful loft bedroom, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed. This charming space is ideal for older kids, providing a separate and enjoyable area to hang out. Note that the loft is recommended for ages 8 and above, and exercise caution while using the loft ladders!" Remember, each bedroom is a realm of luxury and relaxation, tailored to make your stay unforgettable! Bathrooms: Our home comes with two full shower bathrooms, with toilet, sink, and large mirror. We provide toiletries like towels, wash clothes, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience to rinse off after a day at the beach. Kitchen: We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our Kitchen has most basic amenities such as rice cooker, air fryer, gridle, Coffee maker, waffle maker, bread toaster, microwave oven, coffee bar, pots and pans, storage bowls, plastic plates & cups, dishes, cups, cooking essentials like spices, oils, salt, pepper and a dish washer. Livingroom: The living room has smart TV with leather sofa chairs, an electric fireplace, board games and lots of space to enjoy. The living rooms opens to a large patio where you can also enjoy the outdoor view. Outdoor: 1. Outdoor Shower: For your convenience, we have an outdoor shower. Please make use of it to rinse off your body after returning from the beach. This helps in preventing beach sand from being brought into the home. 2. Beach Chairs and Children's Toys: We have provided beach chairs and children's toys for your enjoyment and convenience. After each use, please remember to rinse them off and store them back in the red & black storage box located in the outdoor shower area. Outside Grill space: Our home has a large outdoor space, with two seating areas for guests to enjoy and have fun. We have two grills, a propane gas grill and a charcoal grill. For your convenience the propane grill already has the propane gas hooked up to it, but we do not supply the charcoal. There is enough parking space. Additionally, the community pavilion has a community seating area, with a firepit, plenty of space and an observation deck where you can enjoy the serene view of the peninsula. The Villas at Rollover Bay is a fun place to be, just few steps to the beach, and shops around. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have a great outdoor experience.
