There were 10 people from three different families staying on this property and the accommodations worked out so well for this type of a reunion. The pool, with beach towels included was a great added benefit. We had business in Sun Lakes and Ahwatukee and getting to and from this location was a breeze. This property is located with easy freeway accessibility.

This place is amazing! An amazing Airbnb for a large group of people that want to hang out and be together. The host was very responsive and even let us an early check in as some of us showed up earlier than expected! If you’re looking for a place to have a large group to spend quality time when not out and about, this is the place for you!
We enjoyed our stay although we had a few mishaps with some stains and dirty items but the Hoste accommodated us with the cleaning fee cost and came to clean the problems. Also some of the rules listed in the advertisement differ from what the rules are described once we booked like the “no smoking on property” rule. Also some of the amenities were “for show” and not for use like the fire place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others.
Overall, this is a nice home. It feels bigger in person than in the pictures. I do have a few things to note. 1) drawers were falling off and not properly installed on the rails making it a dangerous surprise when trying to find utensils. 2) lots of windows do not have screens so you are trying to enjoy fresh air but you get accosted by flies. 3) check in clearly states 4 pm and upon arrival we had to wait 30 minutes because the staff was still there. 4) the smoke detector is right next to the bathroom so we were unpleasantly accosted by the fire alarm Saturday morning after someone took a steamy shower. 5) the mattress in the casita has a huge dip in the middle. All in all, it’s a big house with nice bathrooms. It just needs a little TLC.
