We have stayed at many Airbnb’s before, I have to say Will’s apartment in De Pijp was our best experience yet. Will is an amazing host, quick to respond to any question or request, and went out of his way to help us-including carrying our hefty, large luggage up some very steep stairs to his apartment. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very large, spacious & very comfortable for 4 adults. Beautifully furnished, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, washing machine & dryer. Will’s apartment had everything we needed to make our stay in Amsterdam comfortable & effortless. Will’s apartment also has a lovely private rooftop terrace with some great views of the area. Restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops & the metro, trams-all within close proximity to the apartment. Great experience- thanks Will !

Will, the host, was most gracious. His communication prior to and at check-in was much appreciated. Take him up on his offer to carry your luggage to and out of the apartment. There are 50+ very narrow stairs and given that most are spiral, the widest side remains extremely narrow. If you have any type of mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Additional stairs lead to the rooftop terrace which in itself was an additional bonus. The apartment was spacious and modern with a well appointed gourmet kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The apartment is located in close proximity with restaurants and bars resulting in very noisy Thurs/Fri/Sat nights till 4:30 am, especially in the front bedroom. That bedroom is wide open to its toilet and shower hence no privacy. Also a lack of storage in that bedroom due to the owner’s personal possessions resulting in having to live out of your luggage but with no luggage stands on which to place them.

The apartment was truly expansive, offering ample room to move around and relax. The living areas and bedrooms were generously sized, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable for our group. Will's rental provided a sense of openness that enhanced our overall experience.

We were so happy with our accommodations at Will's place. He provided great communication before we arrived with clear instructions regarding check in, and he went above and beyond in providing local recommendations, and even tailored recommendations based on our specific interests. The location was perfect. We stayed for 4 days, and we were able to walk everywhere from the townhome. This is a great neighborhood with everything you need nearby, in addition to being walking distance to all of the main attractions in Amsterdam. Also, the Albert Cyup market is only a couple of blocks away and is something that you have to check out! The house itself was perfect for us. We were 2 couples, and it was great to each have our own en suite bathrooms. We also had laundry, a very large living space with lots of windows, nice kitchen and a rooftop terrace! We would definitely stay here again on a future visit!
