Absolutely stunning!! it was my partners first time in NZ before I leave in a few weeks and join him in SYD and what a way to showcase him our beautiful country. Bit of a Peter Jackson nerd and loved visiting Hobbiton, the cottage was stunning we travel lots and often eat out it was so nice to be able to chill, relax by the fire and cook a nice meal, the linen and bedding was a highlight we both slept incredibly. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back; I posted a lot on my Insta, and I can guarantee you may get a flood of bookings the interior design blew most people's socks off including my own so stunning! Thanks again for having us!!

My wife and I would definitely book another stay and hopefully longer than the one night we had at Susan and Peter’s cottage. The design and decor was immaculately curated and the cottage itself was super cozy and comfortable, especially the bed! Susan and Peter themselves were lovely and gave great recommendations and we even got a sample of Susan’s delicious ice cream! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and serene setting in the countryside.

Definitely one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed. Susan is an excellent stylist & managed to creat a space that is high end & luxurious but also warm & inviting. Susan brought over her incredible ice cream which we did our best to finish. They and their dogs are soooo friendly & we couldn’t praise them or the accommodation more highly. I’ve even been showing the photos off to our friends. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Beautiful stay in a beautiful farmland region. My partner & I are visiting NZ for 3 weeks from Aus, Staying at Susan & Peters has so far been the absolute highlight of the trip! Originally we were going to stay for 1 night but I’m sooo glad we stayed for 3! I am inlove with their bnb, everything was perfect, including Susan’s home made ice cream that was left for us in the freezer! We felt so comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. It was not too far of a drive to Rotorua, and very close drive to Hobbiton. Susan and Peter are so lovely & friendly. We will definitely be staying again when we are back in the North Island and will recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed booking to stay here!!
