Great building and apartment. Would stay there 10x over! Anything you need is conveniently located within 2-5 blocks. The beach is 1 block away. the rooftop is splendid. You feel like you're staying at a resort. One thing to note, it is not very accessible if you have mobility issues. I hurt my ankle prior to arriving and the grand entrance features at least 20 steps which were a challenge to navigate. Barring any physical mobility restrictions, this is the place for you!

Would be my go to spot if staying in PDC again. Carlos was super responsive when I had questions. Check in was very easy as well. Guarded parking for my rental car. The place was perfect. Thank you again.

Ubicación: la calle 42 es una excelente zona, a pasos de la 5ta y playa. Excelente comunicación con Carlos. El departamento impecable.

Amazing place within walking distance of everything you could need or want to try out! Very easily accessible with amazing amenities, the only con was the occasional early morning (9am) due to construction waking us up right down the street, and the unit wifi barely worked so making sure you have a good roaming plan is a must if you have any emergencies where you need to access the internet. The building had its own wifi that worked well in the mornings and during the day but was slow in the evenings. Other than that it was beyond beautiful and the pools on the roof were heated and a great luxury. Super comfy bed too! Carlos was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here the next time we’re here!
