Apartment "Ibisco" is a cozy and independent apartment located on the first floor of a 18th century villa. It has a bedroom with a king size bed, large bathroom, living room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Terrace with a priceless view on the swimming pool, the sea and the mountains. We are in the "Villa Vittoria Resort", 3500 sq. mts. of green in the countryside of Abruzzo. A large heated swimming pool with sunbeds and sun umbrellas is available (from may 1st) for you and the other guests of the resort. We also offer a poolside sauna and jacuzzi with NO EXTRA FEES!! Apartment "Ibisco" is a portion (40 sq. mts) of an old 18th century villa with private entrace, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with sofa bed, terrace. The apartment located at the first floor, is reachable through a staircase You will have a garden, a swimming pool (12x6 mts), all shared with the other guests of the resort

Our stay at Paolos house was great! It is a wonderful house and surrounding. We found everything what we needed and everything was clean and cosy! A perfect place to calm down. Paolo picked us up and led us directly to the accommodation, gave good advices and the communication was flawless. In addition Anna and Sophia (the dog) were a special add on ;) We definitely recommend this place!
Siamo stati ospita nell'appartamento Iris la seconda settimana di Agosto. 1 coppia +bambina di 2 anni. Voto 10/10! L'appartamento è arredato con cura e pulito, possiede anche una terrazza esterna per mangiare all'aperto. Vista sulle colline e sullo sfondo il mare. La villa nel suo insieme è stata ristrutturata e arredata con gusto. Piscina e giardino sono perfetti per i bambini e mai affollati (lettini e sdraio sempre a disposizione) . La prima spiaggia rimane a 10 min di macchina dall'appartamento così come ristoranti e supermercato. La disponibilità di Anna e Paolo è stata impagabile. Ci torneremo presto!
The Place is wonderful, Garden, Pool, View and the friendly and personal contact to the host Signora Anna and Signor Paolo. We recommend the flat for people who are looking a friendly and quiet place for holliday. Beach areas are not really close and with this wonderful place not necessary. For those who want to do beach holliday be sure that your car is in good condition, cause the roads are not - but this is part of the province government and not Paolos fault. :) Thank you for a wonderful time we had! The house lies about 6 km. from the exit of the motorway and is on top of a hill, just 5 minutes from the sea and close to wonderful and hystorical places such as Città Sant'angelo and Atri
In a few minutes you will also reach other important and touristic places like Pescara and Montesilvano, famous for their exquisite gastronomical and leisure possibilities.
The house is reachable by bus, but you will need a car.
