As a northside Ytown native, I am familiar with the area and neighborhood. This home is comfortable, well maintained, and a neighborhood gem. Bed and linens are top-notch. The well-stocked kitchen and the sitting rooms are pleasant and inviting. I would happily stay again.

Great place. I was staying here for two weeks while on a medical rotation. I had my own private room and the kitchen and bathroom were shared with 3-4 other guests during my time. Jonathan was a very responsive host and even provided a toothbrush when I first arrived.

This is an old house with five bedrooms available for rental. It is in a quiet residential area of central Youngstown, with convenient access to the central district as well as to shopping. The house was mostly occupied by long term guests, so there were plenty of excess amenities available for sharing. There was little on no interaction between guest, as all were working off site only to return to the house to sleep. Jonathan is a highly responsive host mostly focused on the needs of his guests.
