Neville’s place was such the perfect place for my week in NY. Place was just like the photos, I loved how homey and comfortable from booking to checking in felt. Neville was very responsive from the months in advance I booked to check out. Seamless check in and checking out. Thank you Neville for being able to accommodate an early check in, I work for an airline so this flexibility was very much appreciated. Beautiful home as expected. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home.

Good place to stay if you’re visiting New York City. If you are hot natured, beware that there’s no central air unit-just window conditioner. The apartment didn’t cool off, it reached 80 degrees outside and it was 79 inside the apartment with all the window air conditioners on. Also keep in mind that you are a little further out from the city, therefore, it may be a better convenience to rent a vehicle or catch the subway. Uber/Lyft can be expensive when heading from Brooklyn to New York City. Neville took time out his day to check up on us which we greatly appreciated, along with giving us some food places to try out. He was considerate and kind in all our interactions.

Home was clean and looked like the pictures. There was a flying roach in the main bedroom and the bathroom had a unpleasant smell. Other than these two things, the stay was good. Beautiful kitchen, the fire place made the space feel cozy and homey and we took advantage of the parking space out back.
