FYI Queens is very residential and there isn’t much nearby. We are tourists and spent most of our time in Manhattan. The metro can get very confusing for tourists, but there is a bus stop very close by which takes you to the Northland Blvd subway station which can get you around the city easily. The lockbox button was very stiff and at first wouldn’t open. I called, confirmed with the host the correct code and pressed down harder and it worked. The host did not respond to my message ever that I sent through the app when I had a question about the address. Arrival: you are hit with the overwhelming smell of a dirty litter box. I don’t where it was coming from but it stank and you could smell it in our unit. There were people walking around upstairs and a small animal scurrying overhead all hours so sleep was hard. The thermostat was broken, we weren’t able to turn on the heat and I think I am getting sick from the cold and cat dander. It’s cheap but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Jampa offers great location for that price. Everything completed to description. Jampa answered the question however not in the same day. He needed one day. Jampa also solved the problem with the family living above us with kids who generated lot of noise in the night (they were running, jumping, playing ball in their apartment). I can recommend Jampa.

Jampa was helpful and available. The home was safe, secure, and spotless. This was a city family neighborhood and we enjoyed being city folk for a few days.

The place is exactly like the photos, the location is great, peaceful and close to restaurant, Supermarkets. The place was very clean on my staying. I would definitely stay here again.
