Rosa 4+2 : Apartment on the ground floor ( 75 sq. mts ) : Living room/kitchen ,gas cooker, oven, 1 double sofa-bed, 1 double/twin room, 1 double room, 2 shower rooms, heating, air conditioning, wi-fi ,wooden beamed ceilings and private gazebo with a table, chairs and barbecue Situated where the provinces of Pisa, Siena and Florence meet the villas is just a short distance from the well preserved historical towns of Volterra and San Gimignano. Agriturismo Canale is a farmhouse that was completely renovated in the 19th century on the beautiful Tuscan hills that border the provinces of Florence, Pisa and Siena, near the Volterra and San Gimignano regions. It is immersed in pristine and rugged natural setting rich in history and memories of the past, expressed by these cities in their art and stories. The hamlet of Montelopio, approximately 2 km. from villa, is a witness to history: The Etruscans, the Longobardians, the Maritime Republic of Pisa, the Knights Templar, and the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany have all left signs of their passage and their stays here on this “mountain of well-being”. The property The property comprises two units, the main farm-house with 6 apartments: 4 one double bedroom apartments (50 sq.meters) and 2 two double bedroom apartments (75 sq.meters) and the hay barn with 2 three double bedroom apartments (80 sq.meters) restored and decorated in the original peasant style. These two apartments are suitable for large families and group of friends who wish to be together and desire more privacy. Apartment (Rosa 4+2). This apartment is situated on the ground floor (75 sq. mts) can accommodate up to 6 people, it has living room/kitchen equipped with gas cooker, oven, double sofabed, double bedroom, a double occupancy room (can be transformed for a couple), two bathrooms complete with showers, heating, terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and private gazebo with table and chairs and barbecue available for guests

La casa è molto spaziosa e la pulizia ineccepibile. La posizione è molto appartata. Questo è un pregio per chi cerca calma, relax, panorami stupendi e natura, ma può essere negativo per chi vuole visitare le città "vicine", che distano come minimo 40 minuti di macchina. Il giardino è grande e molto curato, dotato di tutto quello che si può desiderare, mentre in casa si sente la mancanza di un televisore, di un microonde e di qualche presa elettrica (ce ne sono solo due). Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta.

Logement propre, assez grand, calme. Attention l'adresse transmise par l'hôte n'est pas la bonne! Et surtout ATTENTION, l'hôte nous a fait payer 90€ de chauffage à la fin de la semaine!!! Il n'était écrit nul part que nous aurions à payer les charges en fin de séjour, et les compteurs avaient été relevés sans nous en informer, donc aucune preuves des chiffres à notre arrivée... C'est la mauvaise surprise de fin de séjour qui gâche les vacances!

From Genova. Autostrada A12 to Livorno, exit at Pisa centro, take the Superstrada FI-PI-LI direction Firenze, exit at the 2nd Pontedera exit, follow signs to Volterra, then Peccioli, continue to Fabbrica then Montelopio follow the signs to Agriturismo Canale.
