Repairs and a thorough cleaning A MUST and then it is a great place! I would rent again with the insistance of thorough cleaning and repairs. We were confused as to where to park, how to get into garage, etc. Was very confusing at first. Once Meir repairs what is needed and gets someone to thoroughtly clean it right, it will be fantastic. I hope to rent again with the caveat that a cleaner come and i tell them how to clean so it is really clean. I assume he will repair the broken items as well.

Wonderful stay

Meir's place is a beautiful, modern apartment in a great location and with underground parking. The balcony also has an incredible view. Meir was very helpful is allowing us to move our bags into the apartment early. unfortunately however, it was not such a smooth stay as many basic items were not provided. most bedrooms had nothing's besides beds (no cupboards or stands) and the bathrooms came with no extra supplies such as toilet paper. the kitchen was practically empty. meir did refund us for some of the things we had to buy.

Beautiful place. Spacious and open. Biggest plus is the location as to how close this apartment is to my daughter who lives on Hasivim. In the future Meir is the one I want as my contact person for Airbnb rentals in gvat Shmuel. Thank you!!
