很有趣的房子，泥巴房，但是很干净，虽然卫生间在门外，但还是很方便的。房子布置得像西部世界，非常有趣，房东人也很好，交流愉快，很好沟通，非常大方。Staying in here is like coming back to the old time west world， yet your have shower， fridge and microwave！What a unique experience! Curtis told us to be at home，and we really felt at home. Might come back if back to this area.

Be aware that this place is as Curtis describes it -- small earthen houses. But if you are looking for an "adventure" that still has internet, a hot (semi-outdoor) shower and a comfortable outdoor area to gather, this place is delightful. Curtis was welcoming, helpful and available if we needed any help or information. The location is in an older, quiet neighborhood with ample parking (we were towing a trailer) and felt very private and cozy. The decor is rustic -- and fascinating for those of us who are on the older side -- the book I had in my first college art class (in 1973) was on the shelf in my room! There was even a nesting morning dove just outside the kitchen door. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. It was a GREAT start to our Eclipse Trip!

Curtis is the best, incredibly accommodating. Being a huge fan of earthen homes and building one myself locally (in Tucson) in the future, I wanted to collect ideas and Curtis was excited to share every aspect of his efforts to make a very inviting, comfortable, peaceful and appealing "off-grid" place for tourist-travelers. In fact, I believe I have made a friend for life where I will involve Curtis in my own earthen home build!

Curtis's place was accurately described - one reviewer called it glam camping. What I most appreciated was a parking space off the street, the beds were comfortable (real beds, not just air mattresses), two private rooms making it a great value, and a larger than expected private, enclosed area with a camp fire pit. We were just there to sleep, but definately fun for someone who likes something a little different!
