Melissa was wonderful to deal with. Very responsive, understanding, and helpful. The upstairs neighbours played some very loud recordings in the morning which was a shock on the first night, but with the free earplugs provided we did not even hear it the remainder of our stay. The whole place was very clean. We were a bit nervous that the area might be a bit dodgy, however we did not feel unsafe at any point when walking around together. There are a lot of train station options within walking distance. There are also a lot of convenience stores very close to the house, and a great pizza place.

Melissa was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place itself is good- secure, clean, with most of what you need, and a nice deal for 2 bedrooms. The neighborhood itself is fine, not a whole lot within 20 mins of walking, but a subway station is about an 8 walk away that can get you anywhere else easily. Thanks Melissa!

My bestfriend and I stayed at Melissa’s place for our long weekend getaway and it was everything we needed! Melissa had snacks and tea/coffee available for us which was very nice after our long train ride. The place was very clean and as described. 5 or 8 min walk from public transportation depending which station you take, which we loved. just as described, the place is in the city so there is city noise as all times and there is a family living above. this didnt bother us too much, melissa also provides earplugs if needed. There was an AC unit and standing fan for when it got warm. Melissa was an amazing host, mid stay she sent us a water/toilet paper delivery and even included candy for us! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Al buscar el lugar una de las alternativas era el tren ya que fue nuestro único transporte fue súper fácil nos quedaban 2 cerca más las guaguas, la casa está en muy buenas condiciones y nuestra anfitriona fue bien amigable y en todo momento estuvo al pendiente si vas a NY no dudes en quedarte en este lugar y claro que si volvemos el año que viene nuevamente. I stayed at Melissa’s for 4 nights, it felt like home from the moment I arrived. It was clean, fragrant, cozy, and just enough space. Besides the noisy neighbors upstairs, it was a great stay!
