We love this apartment! The view from the 22nd floor is amazing, the seating around the pools is really nice. We love the El Palmar beach, and we ate at the Surf School restaurant just 5 minutes walk down the beach. Marcel was an amazing host. He was proactive and attentive.

At first glance the place is very good. However, after spending little time in the unit you begin to realize the shortcomings of the amenities. The AC does not keep the unit cold, the washing machine does not work past the “fill” cycle (leaving your clothes in a pool of undrained and unwashed water), the washing machine also has a substantial amount of mold on the rubber edges of the tub and the dryer only works for 10 minutes without any heat being applied. Upon review after the realization of these issues, we noticed that guests have had these problems for years without the owner ever addressing the situation. A few other issues include 2 of the 4 stovetop burners not working and the refrigerator not cooling to an adequate temperature. Other than appliance issues that need to be addressed, it is a clean and functional unit with an excellent view of the ocean.

Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Pazifik mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Weitere Highlights waren die Pools und der Parkplatz.
