Wow I don’t know where to start?! Erica’s place was just a slice of perfection for us. The view was incredible, the house lovely and we were so lucky to have such a nice weekend that we practically lived on the deck (with fantastic umbrellas for shade). We enjoyed the great outdoor furniture and the screened in gazebo for those times the mosquitos were out. We loved having the hot tub with that view to relax in at the end of the day! The house is so well stocked with so many thoughtful touches and amenities including amazing toys and everything needed for our toddler. Erica was very responsive and kind with all of our requests. It was a phenomenal stay and we’ll be back. Thank you!

Our stay at Pearl of the Bay Cotrage was nice! Erica was super responsive to messages and almost immediately. Everything you needed was available in the cottage with lots of toys for littles and even a sound machine and baby monitor! The beds were comfy cozy. Tatamagouche was only a 15 minute drive for groceries and pharmacy and lots of restaurants etc. We did day trips to various provincial beaches. I had a cottage close by growing up so it was familiar area! Northport and Heather Beach are beautiful! Heather beach even has a lifeguard, and only 10 minutes away is Blue Rock Beach. Our one and only complaint was the amount of mosquitoes, which I know it has been an unseasonably bad year, but as someone who has allergic reactions to bug bites- we were unable to enjoy the outside, and beach acess. Erica had the neighbour spray for mosquitoes and there was lots of bug spray/coils but it was like nothing I have ever experienced before! Thank you Erica for a lovely stay!

Erica's place is in a beautiful location on Malagash penninsula with great views of the bay. It's not far from Tatamagouche for restaurants/shops, galleries, and lots of little museums around. Blue sea and Rushton beaches parks were personal favourites for our family. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated in the coastal style. Although the cottage looks small from the outside, it is nicely laid out and spacious inside, never felt cramped with a family of four. The cottage had literally everything you could need and then some additional thoughtful extra touches in case you forgot something. The ocean does have some large rocks (mixed with sand) so you might want watersocks, but my boys enjoyed swimming at high tide and exploring at low tide. Erica was super helpful and responsive. Overall great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica’s place. It was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. Erica was super welcoming and responsive and her cottage on the Northumberland Strait is peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful Blue Sea Beach is close by and the cutest Cidery is just a few steps away. We have family in Tatamagouche so it was super convenient and there’s lots to offer in town. We loved this spot and will definitely go back next time we are visiting the area.
