We are from Binghamton and visiting the area last minute for my daughter's dance competition. I just got out of the hospital and was able to make it up there for the the last day of it. We had no idea we were driving into single digit temperatures or that everything was covered in ice due to an earlier storm. This storm has knocked the power out of half of the city and unfortunately due to the power outages the code we had been given for the door was reset and didn't work when we arrived much later than we expected due to road conditions. Fortunately another patron of the Inn let us in and our room was open for us to get into. I messaged Terra to let her know and she called back quickly apologizing for the upset which we had no issue with. She offered recommendations on places that may still be serving food and on her way over even messaged us some.places that she saw we're still open. Her and her husband brought us a key to use and a new front door code. Will def stay again!

I loved my room in this charming mansion. The bed was very comfortable and having ice, filtered water, coffee and continental breakfast options ready to use was extremely helpful! Plentiful hot water too. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was perfect for an appointment we had. I’m particularly happy that I chose this location for the parking. Other locations offered free street parking. Well, with lousy, slushy, rainy weather it was wonderful to park close to the entrance. Breakfast (which was also our night snack) was perfect: yummy Siggis yogurt, banana and low sugar granola. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with the needed amenities, what else could we want? Perfect for our needs. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this historic location! The accommodations were very comfortable and inviting! Would love to stay here again! Lots of restaurants, coffee shops a pubs within walking distance! The beautiful park was a great place to exercise in the am! The light breakfast that was provided was a very nice touch as well! Thanks for a great stay :)

This is our second time staying at Terra’s place and it was such a nice visit again. We hope to be back in the future!
