Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully decorated, modern farm style home at Paradise Palms Resort, a gated resort only minutes from Disney World, Universal and all that Orlando, FL has to offer! Specially designed for small or large groups alike, this beautiful two story home has it all. With 5 bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private screened lanai with a plunge pool to unwind after a long day at the parks. Access to luxury resort style amenities is all you need and much more!!! Designed for large and small groups alike, this home has it all. From first floor bedrooms for safety and convenience to a full kitchen equipped with all of your favorite items (including mickey waffle makers), you will be sure to enjoy yourself here regardless of your age! All of our bedrooms have their own flat screen TV with cable service. Bedroom 1: (1 Queen size bed - Main Level) Bedroom 2: (2 Full size beds - Main Level) Bedroom 3: (1 King size bed - Master Suite Upstairs) Bedroom 4: (2 Twin size beds - Upstairs) Bedroom 5: (1 King Size Bed - Suite Upstairs) With a farm style décor in mind, you will feel cozy and home away from home. The main floor boasts a large open floor plan with a family room for some TV watching or board games, as well as a thoughtfully planned dining and breakfast area for those quick meals or holiday banquets! In the main level you will also find your own laundry room with washer and dryer as well as your private covered back patio with a plunge pool to cool off and relax after a hot and long day at the parks. The home is also equipped with a grill for your convenience (please inquire about pricing for grill usage). Use of the home private plunge pool is free to Guests. No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk. Pool heating service is optional. The Location Paradise Palms is centrally located only a short 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World resort entrance and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Here you will not only find entertainment for you and your family but also be able to plan a day trip to the coast for some fun in the sea if you want to get “salty”. This area also has some of the state’s biggest attractions such as LEGOLAND, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Center and some of the best golf courses in the state. This home is the perfect space for your family park marathon or if you just want to unwind and relax by the resort pool and have all of the space you need to stretch and decompress. So whether you’re here for a vacation or a staycation, this home will surely deliver on your wants and needs. Excelente y cómodo lugar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones! lugar tranquilo y con seguridad, buen acceso a Disneyworld y a supermercados. Diego siempre estuvo atento a nuestras dudas y requerimientos y los problemas se solucionaron rápidamente. Recomiendo este lugar!
Diego’s place gave my family the opportunity to make many memories together! Diego was very responsive whenever I reached out to him and he the place we stayed at was clean, well taken care of and I truly felt at home. My kids have not stopped talking about the Harry Potter and Mickey and Minnie room!! I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for this opportunity and the only thing I would suggest is possibly some more bath towels and wash clothes.
The place looked just like the photos. The house was clean and well decorated. The kids loved the Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse rooms. Place was easy to find. We had an issue getting in the first day due to printer being down and unable to print a visitor pass, but security was helpful in getting us a pass the next day. Diego was responsive when we reached out about the heater not working for the pool and refunded us for the two days it didn’t work. House is close to Walmart, Disney, and restaurants. Community pool and game room is nice as well for kids. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
We had a lovely time. House is beautiful and is located near to all the parks which was a plus for our family. Diego is a great host and responds in a quickly manner. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros: This place was in great location for those wanting to go to the parks, about 20 minutes to disney and 30 minutes to universal. The Harry Potter themed room was our favorite. House was clean, host was responsive. Grounds were beautiful, complete with a nature walk area and access to several amenities. Neighborhood was very quiet and was a great place to end our day. Cons: for a 9 day stay, we were allotted 2 garbage bags, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry pod, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom - for a house this size that can accommodate so many, we expected access to more basics. The pool was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures (but it was still nice to have). The beds, while comfortable, were very squeeky - I believe from the mattress cover. All in all, this was a great place to stay and would stay again

With only a short drive to Disney World, Universal and Sea World, this home offers things for those who also want to stay away from the crowds and enjoy some outdoor activities or just relax in resort style amenities. Paradise Palms is a closed gated community with a scenic boardwalk path to the resort club house! The neighborhood is also located only a few minutes from Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, McDonalds and many other restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Located near all the action but still in a relaxing gated community, here you will be able to relax and still be able to get to restaurants and entertainment with only a 5 minute drive. The Resort also provides a on-site restaurant (grill style) with some really good eats that will surely be a savior after a long trip!
At our home you will have 1 assigned parking space (directly in front of the home) and several other options of parking on a first come first serve basis.
