The host was a no show. On the day of check in host didn’t send door code. That prompted me to message her. It is now past check in time. I messaged again and again. I called several times. No response for host she was missing in action. I’m in a desperate state at this point because here I am with my family and kids with where to stay. I reached out to Airbnb Support and they begin trying to reach her and still no response. On the busiest weekend in the city, hotels are booked and the ones that aren’t are very pricey. With still no response from the host, and with the assistance of Airbnb Support I was blessed to find another location that would accommodate me and my family. And another host who was very compassionate about the entire situation and without hesitation sent me the done code without any hesitation. I was relieved at that moment but before then I was very angry that a host would be so sympathetic and do anyone like that. I hope there are some consequences for this for her

Nice place. We needed a place between Mandeville and Baton Rouge to visit family and friends. This was a great place. It felt like home away from home. We would use this property in the future if available.
