Ms. Kathy was a fantastic host!! She was a great friend and company too during my stay. I loved my time with Ms. Kathy and her sweet dog Rosie. The house was spectacular and looked exactly as the images showed. It was super clean, tidy and located in a great location. Ms. Kathy was accessible and responsive for any questions. I will definitely stay here again and recommend Ms. Kathy to anyone traveling to the Modesto area. 5+ stars for Ms. Kathy, Rosie and the home!!! Signing off from Alabama, Emily

Kathy was a great host. Her place was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Kathy made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home with such a great host. I'll definately be back.

The place is absolutely beautiful. It felt like I was with family. The host was amazing as well. Always responsive and VERY accommodating. I will definitely stay again.

Kathy was the sweetest, most gracious, and most generous host one could wish for! She went above and beyond to make me feel at home and out of her way to provide anything I needed. Her home really was my home for the week I was there. She was extraordinarily flexible with my check-in and check-out times, she was always a text message away, and she was a joy to be with. The rate on the room was incredible for the level of service and comfort. I definitely recommend Kathy to anyone traveling through the area. Ten out of five stars!
