Jacob is a very nice person. Every time I would write him with questions, her would always answer. The house was good and clean. I would say the only thing is you have to be extremely careful with certain items because they were kinda old. For example the doors and cabinets. But overall, me and my family felt safe and comfortable and we definitely recommend this place for large families.

I stayed in this house for 4 months, jacob was very easy to work with and helped out every way he could, if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely choose this place.

Jacob was very responsive on the minor issues we found. Clean house with lots of room! Knowing we were there for work, he did not price gouge us like hotels do. Will return if ever working in the area again.

Jacob is a awesome host. Very responsive. The house is large and a lot bigger in person. Great stay, we will for sure be back!
