Pet-friendly 3BR/2BA place near Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Enjoy mountain views from every window in this spacious top-floor duplex with short drives to all Colorado Springs Major Attractions. In your rental, you will have exclusive/complete access to the 1400 sq ft. top-floor unit of the duplex. It comes with 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 king bed), 2 full bathrooms (1 shower and 1 jacuzzi tub), large dining area with seating for 8, large kitchen, and living space (couch seating for 8). This unit boasts views of Pikes Peak and the Manitou Incline. It has a evaporative cooler, a combo washer/dryer and free parking in the driveway & street in front of the house. We want you to enjoy your stay, so we provide clean linens, tons of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pots, pans, a blender, oils, spices, condiments, coffee and tea. For entertainment, we have board games, dice, cards, poker set, corn hole boards and Kan Jam for the backyard. We also have 3 TVs - all equipped with Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Netflix and Hulu. For the outside, the booking comes with exclusive use of a deck, patio, fire pit (with fresh wood), Traeger smoker, and an 8-PERSON HOT TUB. All exclusively yours to use. For little ones, we have a pack n' play, pop-up playpen and outlet covers. More kids items will be added as well, so if you need anything, let us know.

This is an excellent AirBNB. Great location. Kitchen well equipped with spices/seasonings, nice coffee maker, blender, and snacks. Great backyard set up. Very nice hot tub and fire pit. Traeger pellet grill worked well. Bedrooms comfortable with large beds. TVs in every bed room. Very comfortable living room with big screen TV. Bathrooms with nice showers and high quality soaps, shampoo, etc. Large and nice dining table was great for group meals and board games. Very good value and highly recommend this stay.
We had an amazing stay and Michael was a wonderful host. Great location near Garden of the Gods, old Colorado City and 10 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs. We loved the outdoor deck with morning coffee and the hot tub on the cool evenings.
Beautiful, spacious home with a super fun, relaxing backyard right in Colorado Springs! The house is close to shops, restaurants, etc. There are also a lot things to explore nearby such as pikes peak, garden of Gods, manitou incline, cave of winds, etc. The town is relatively quiet and seemed safe to us. The beds were super comfortable, both bathrooms were well stocked and clean, the kitchen had everything you may need to make meals, there very several super fun games, all TVs worked great, and the backyard was perfect for us and our dog. The back porch had rocking chairs to relax and drink your coffee, the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long hike. The backyard also had a fire pit, comfortable seating, cornhole, and kan jam. The host were very kind, responsive, and helpful. We barely even knew they were there. I highly recommend this house to everyone!!
Great place to stay. We loved the amenities and not to mention the hot tub. The house is well stocked with some games, some snack, coffee…but I don’t drink coffee but it looked like a well stocked coffee selection. Basic pots and pans to cook, and everything looked well cared for. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. The hosts were very good to work with. I would stay here again

The duplex sits in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood of Colorado Springs. It is a quiet, residential neighborhood with sidewalks, double-laned roads, and nice neighbors.
For location, we are 1/2 mile away from the most popular strip of Old Colorado City - lots of restaurants, bars and boutique shops. You can walk to these places from the house, but there is a steep hill, so most prefer to drive.
In the other direction, we are 1 mile away from the Garden of the Gods. Very easy to walk or bike there, but if you drive, you can experience the entire park. Garden of the Gods is spectacular and always free.
Colorado Springs is a bike-friendly city with generous bike lanes, but if you don't have a bike, we recommend having a car to get around. The duplex offers a long driveway, and the leftside is exclusively for use by Airbnb guests.
If you have visitors, they can either park behind your vehicle on the leftside of the driveway, or park in front of the house. The house sits in a quiet, residential neighborhood, so parking is never a problem.
