Our stay at Giulio’s place was amazing! He, Jose, and the entire staff were incredibly helpful — they really went above and beyond! The houses are beautiful, and he helped us organize transportation, as well as a dinner al fresco with a chef that was such a special touch. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Rome for a day or two but also relax by the pool!

Giulio is a fantastic host (a huge thanks for finding several taxis at the most ungodly hours during a train strike!)! The entire place was spotlessly clean and there were two members of staff who kept on top of all the cleaning during our stay. The air conditioning was very efficient, the beds and pillows were very good. We were given a choice of the rooms being set up as twin beds or king sized beds (in most of the rooms) all of which were done according to our request. The kitchens worked very well as did the enormous dining room in villa San Carlo ( and ditto for the villas San Antonio and San Georgio) and the lounges, exquisitely decorated with antique furniture, are breathtaking. A small mention must go to the well equipped laundry room with the best steamer! The grounds were stunning with perfect lawns and well tended flower beds and trees. The views were out of this world. The two really decent sized pools were brilliant! We will definitely return for our next big event!

Julio is a wonderful and very responsible host. His staff is very attentive and kind. The house is located in a spectacularly beautiful countryside. The beautiful spaces around the house are breathtaking. We also really enjoyed the pool and the yard.

Vraiment un super séjour. Giulio est vraiment une belle personne, il s’est occupé de nous réserver un restaurant, il nous a conseillé pour lotte séjour à Rome , nous a fait déguster la produise vins du domaine … Vraiment serviable et disponible. Je reviendrai à coup sûr
