Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Central, warm(2 oil rads) quiet. Wake to the sound of birdsong. Flooded with daylight and beautifully designed. Large en suite shower. Kitchenette w/fridge, kettle tea, coffee and milk. For breakfast not suitable for cooking meals. Super comfortable small double (proper) bed w/down duvet. Wardrobe/storage space. Private Side access through garden. I live in the main house. On hand if need anything. Tiny friendly dog has access to garden. Fresh, private garden room with side access. Real small double bed with down duvet and towels. en suite hot shower room. kitchenette with fridge for breakfast. Crockery and kettle. Milk/tea/coffee. Fast WiFi, tv and table/workspace. Quiet and clean.

Lovely stay, check in was easy. Was in the area for a event so was out the hustle and bustle of Brighton town but not too far that walking wasn’t an option.

Becki was a wonderful host and very friendly and thoughtful, couldn’t ask for a better host. The place itself was clean and comfortable and was walking distance from public transport and downtown. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Becki’s place over Pride weekend, and the location was great for what we needed. Becki was super friendly and let us check in early due to the terrible weather. The place is sufficient and covers all the basic needs.
