Host is very responsive and was a good experience with him. Good location with regards to Austin, Bastrop, and COTA. Appreciated that pets are welcome. We had 2 couples and was ample room. Plan on bringing your own soaps, and shampoos. Kitchen has limited cooking supplies, but left behind a set of pots and pans that we purchased. Pool sticks were in bad shape but we were able to fix a couple so should be better now. Upstairs was nice and clean, downstairs floor could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a good stay and worked for what we needed. Just know depending on your needs amenities might not be present.

Stay was ok, if you're looking for solitude. We only stayed a night because that's all we needed. Was pretty much like camping, so would say that it's perfect if that's what you're looking for.

Brendan was a great host, very attentive and responsive. The house has a good vibe. We enjoyed the large living spaces to stretch out. The surrounding area is very quiet and super convenient to the Austin airport. There were a couple of maintenance items that we noticed and shared with Brendan. He was appreciative and receptive to our communication. The kitchen could use a few more drink glasses, a roll of paper towels and some dishwasher tablets. Overall, it was a good place to gather.
