My stay was great this is my 4th time renting and it’s always as expected

I first want to say thank you Ricky for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. The house was clean and the pool was a plus. The pool was the only reason that we picked this house. The biggest issue for me in the house was the AC. One of my kids has Asthma. It was very hard to cool down the house for her. There were instructions after we booked that explained that we have to keep all the doors and windows closed in order for the AC to work. That was very frustrating with young children. To remind them to close the doors when they go in and out of the room. Even when we did close the doors after some time the AC would just shout off on us as if it was programmed to only run for a limited time. If you have young children please be careful with the mat that is under the coffee table in the living room. My baby slipped on it and hit her head. Now she has a big scar from the corner of her eye to her ear. I know that the AC could be set to 17 the lowest that we could get it to was 20.

Had a relaxing stay. Definitely would go back! The place was just as described, cozy and clean.

Let's me start by saying Ricky's place is great clean, modern, tv's, air. I was just very disappointed that I wasn't made aware there was no pool pump for a month before my stay so the pool was unusable, the pump did arrive & get installed during my stay but it still wasn't enough time to clean the pool out. I did try to reason with Ricky but to no avail so I did have to get air bnb involved unfortunately and I was compensated for my 10 day stay with no pool. Upon entry I opened the curtains and the brown chair you see in the pictures fell over, seems the leg was broken and the cleaner just set it back to look as tho it was in working order (Ricky's words) so because of that I did move their couch for a better tv watching position which they were not happy about.I guess I was suppose to watch tv sideways? In any case all in all was a good stay. I just wish we could of come to a better agreement before writing bad reviews, customer service is key.
