Welcome to our Spacious Relaxing Getaway! Our home is a newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy fishing at the lighted pier. You can bring your days catch back to the fish cleaning table at the house. Stop by and enjoy the FishVille restaurant down the road. Please note, this is not a "party house" for large groups. It is able to accommodate 10 -12 people but is not set up to host large parties. The house has 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a 50-inch Smart TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom is large with 3 Full size beds. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a full-size washer and dryer with laundry soap located in the master bathroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. The stock kitchen includes pots, pans, eating and cooking utensils, crockpot, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and much more. The kitchen has 4 bar stools and a large dining table that can seat 7 people. The spacious living room has an 84-inch Smart TV, pool table/table tennis, 2 reclining coaches, reclining loveseat, reclining chair and sectional sofa. There is a closet in the living room that is fully stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows and 2 Queen blowup mattresses. Outside you can relax on the front porch swing or on the back patio where you can see a view of the bay. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the charcoal grill, fish frying pot or crawfish boiling pot. After enjoying a day of fishing, you can bring your catch back to the fishing cleaning table on the side of the house. There is a circle drive with plenty of room to park and you can back up your boat on the side of the house by the fish cleaning table.
