We recently stayed at this property in Dubai Marina, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The location is superb, offering breathtaking views and easy access to walkable places, nice restaurants, and the beach just a 2-minute walk away. The property itself was well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The convenience of having various amenities within walking distance added to the overall positive impression. The Dubai Marina area truly offers a vibrant and lively atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the traffic around the area, especially in the evenings, can be quite challenging. One aspect that could be improved is the parking situation. Finding a parking spot proved to be a bit challenging, and it would be immensely helpful if the host could share a location pin to the entry of the parking. Maps and Waze provide directions to the building, but the parking entrance is on the other side, leading to some confusion.

Alles toll gelaufen. Würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder mieten. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Beste Lage direkt am Strand. Sagenhafter Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer!

Het huis was erg schoon. De locatie was perfect en we zaten midden op JBR. Voor een gezelschap van 6 personen is het ideaal. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is ook goed. Er waren geen middelen om het huis netjes te houden. Na contact met de host hebben we dit dezelfde dag nog gekregen van haar.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über JBR, Ain Dubai bis hin zur Palme und dem Atlantis Hotel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir hatten abwechselnd sehr viel Spaß in einem der mindestens 4 Pools. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr vielfältig. Direkt vor dem Gebäude sind sehr viele leckere und günstige Restaurants. Leider ist das Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies bedeutet aber nicht, dass man hier keinen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die Vermieterin hat uns mitgeteilt dass in den nächsten Monaten in der Wohnung einige Erneuerungen anstehen.
