It's a bed and a dresser and not much else, but it did the job. Convenient that it's so close to Quincy Adams station.
Had a quick stay at Eloho's place! Everything was as listed, the house was quiet, and Eloho have clear instructions for how to check in and out. The only thing I was surprised by was that one of the windows had an AC unit that connected to the outside, making it pretty cold when i woke up in the morning (I stayed in December). There were adequate blankets and the room was warm when I arrived, so I didn't think I'd need to change temperature or grab another blanket. Just something to keep in mind!
