We had a great time in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and easily accessible. It is very large for the price with lots of room for our toddler to run around and have fun. Overall we are very happy that we chose Kim’s home.

Kim and family are friendly, welcoming, gracious hosts and was immediately responsive to our needs even late in the evening. The place was spacious, clean, comfortable with laundry and well equipped kitchenette, also snacks provided. Though basement level, there was good natural light and looked out on greenspace. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Towels and extra blankets provided. Located in a quiet cul de sac but within a short driving distance to the grocery. We had an excellent weekend stay and do recommend. Good value is given. Thanks, Kim!

We recently had the pleasure to stay at Kim’s while waiting for the birth of our granddaughter. The basement apartment was exactly as described and pictured. It was an incredible value for an amazing space… So much nicer and cozier than a hotel!!! We’ll be back more often and would love to stay with Kim and her family again!!! Thank you Kim!!!

Kim’s apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has a patio that looks out to trees and sky. We stayed for 12 days. Kim shared information about parks and trails that enhanced our stay in the area. Definitely recommend!

Kim’s Airbnb is exactly how she describes it. The location is in a beautiful residential neighborhood. The entrance to the basement is around the back of the house. It is a pretty path through a private woodsy area. There is a private deck with comfortable chairs to sit in and drink your morning coffee. The bedroom is a nice size with a comfortable bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room that my daughter slept well on. Loved having a nice washer and dryer in a separate room. It is a well thought out Airbnb. Definitely would stay again!
