Things we LOVED: - The king size bed was AMAZING and had enough pillows - The games and huge size connect four was a HIT - Pac Man was a big time win for the kids - Shower was AMAZING - The hot tub was perfect after hiking all day and the view is nice, great job with placement - The outside porch was ideal for kids and them being able to run around - Kids loved the fire pit chairs and extra camping chairs - Our family LOVES being outside so we ate all of our meals on the porch using the (mini) table and (4) chairs - Night time lighting was definitely throughout and helped a lot - The communication with the host was great and her directions were spot on with how to find the cabin if the address didn’t work - Our oldest asked when can we go back! Definitely a place I’d book AGAIN! Things I wish we packed: - Paper plates for kids - Charcoal for the grill - Fire pit sticks - Paper towels - Pool towels for after the hot tub - Coffee & creamer

The cabin was absolutely perfect! It met all of our needs, and was accurately described in the listing. Aaliyah was a great host and was incredibly quick to respond to messages. My only complaint is not about the cabin, but the infrastructure/road to get to the cabin. The road/driveway flooded during our stay and prevented us from getting back to our cabin when we wanted to. Basically, there’s 2 areas in the road that need bridges or culverts and there aren’t any, so you have to drive through 2 streams to get to the cabin. It poured during our stay and we had to wait around 3 hours until the water receded enough to drive through the streams to get back to the cabin. It was not a huge deal, but certainly was not ideal. Especially considering we had been hiking all day and needed to get back to our pets at the cabin. However, other than the road, the cabin is perfect and the view from the back deck was amazing. The bed in the loft was very comfortable, too. I would def stay here again!

This place was super cool and we followed the written instructions to find it. They were not joking about needing 4WD to get there which was kind of fun! Both addresses sent to me were incorrect. The cabin looked exactly like the photos. It’s all pretty new and the pacman arcade game was fun! The bathroom needs more hooks for towels and things. The hot tub however had not been cleaned since the previous guests and there were men’s underwear in it. The host had the cleaning crew come back out and clean it the second day.

Our stay at Aaliyah's cabin was just wonderful. She was incredibly responsive and the cabin is just as described. The location is very close to many wonderful trails in the area and our family had a great trip. We will definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

My boyfriend, dog, and I are seasoned RRG hikers but it was our first time renting a cabin in the area and we were very impressed with Aaliyah’s cabin! She was a great host and did an amazing job at communicating directions since it’s located in a spot with no service and is unmarked/ on a new development. The place was so clean and comfortable, the loft bedroom was fun and I was impressed with the proactiveness of turning the hot tub on before we got there so it was ready for us to hop in after a long day (I’ve had bad experiences in the past). You are on a street with a few other airbnbs and some are very very close to each other. You can hear folks around laughing, talking etc. We liked this because it made the area more lively, but I know some folks may not. Definitely need AWD to get to, and the water pressure was very light and it was hard to clean off after a day of hiking. It was perfect for our short trip though, thank you Aaliyah!!!
