Very clean, responsive, pretty neighborhood. But my advice would just be to really pay attention to the details in the listing. The title “retreat” threw me off, I hadn’t realized this was truly the bottom story of a family home and that the bathroom was shared (at one point, the owner bumped into my husband in the hallway with just a towel around him). Also be mindful that there are quiet hours- listing says 10-6 and right at 6 we were woken up by loud footsteps from the floor above the bed. So again, as advertised if you carefully read the details but I’d say generally overpriced for a shared space in someone’s home.

Perfect place to stay while visiting our son in Mercer Island. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed this comfortable space immensely. The space is super clean, cozy and just like the pictures. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. Bojana was extremely helpful, responsive and a kind host that made sure we and everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!

Bojana met us for check-in to make sure everything was clear. Lovely home. It was so nice to snuggle into the clean linens of the bed. They smelled so nice! Perfect location for us, super quiet street. Even though the bathroom is not en suite, it was still very private and comfortable. Easy, safe parking. Bojana was super friendly and helpful.

Bojana was a wonderful host! I loved everything about the space and her thoughtfulness was much appreciated when I was traveling solo :) I will definitely be back whenever I’m doing a trip to Seattle. Thank you again!
