Our recognizable yard with 3 olive trees in it, close to the street but separated enough for some peaceful time makes our place perfect for your travel or just a weekend getaway with someone. The unique style of this apartment with fast wi-fi, cable tv, and a cozy atmosphere will make your stay here lovely and remembering. The PINK Apartment is equipped with a big double bed 160x200cm for 2 people, and a sofa bed that can be extended. This apartment can receive 2 adults or a family with 1-2 kids. We also provide a crib for a child up to 3 years old and a high chair for feeding. It has its own entrance, balcony, and free parking in the yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen with, as we like to call it - a starter pack for our guests: - coffee and tea - salt, pepper, and sugar Cozy, and big enough for all of your equipment, this apartment is perfect if you work online. We are totally remote work-friendly, so if you are one, you'll enjoy it here. A spa experience is just a min away from this apartment, our new and modern sauna is located in a separate facility in our yard. With an extra big towel, you can enjoy and relax, we got everything you need. A balcony with a garden and olive trees view has a table and chairs, and it is a place where you can drink your coffee, or enjoy your lunch. We have everything covered for your pleasant stay. We have special monthly price for this apartment, and all bills are included in this price.

I stayed here for 3 months, I truly can not recommend high enough. Marina is an extraordinary host and person. She’s professional, organized, thoughtful, warm and accommodating. The apt was exceptionally clean, I had everything I needed and was very comfortable my entire stay. I accomplished a great deal here, I found it ideal for focusing on my studies. Sauna is fabulous. Grocery, shops, cafe and restaurants nearby. Marina arranged for my safe transport to Tirana, so grateful. I’m amazed by the massive improvements they made to the property, they strive for the very best guest experience, it’s obvious, they work hard for it. They’re just really cool people, it was such a pleasure and I plan to come back to try the pool.

Our house faces 2 streets, which makes our location great. You can quickly get to the grocery shops, coffee shops, and restaurants, the gym is one minute away, the bus station 3-4 minutes, several hair salons, clothes shops, bakeries, and the best thing is that you can get to all of this places only by walking for a few minutes. After making a reservation in our place, I'm sending you a pdf with our best recommendations about the town, as locals here, we know where all the best things are.
Parking is private, in our yard, secured with a ramp and video surveillance. Only our guests have a remote for the ramp.
