Welcome to Paradise at the Malibu, your luxurious vacation rental in this NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom 3 bath Oceanfront Condo in New Smyrna Beach. Conveniently located in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, the family room and Master bedroom have sweeping Atlantic Ocean Views with slider door access to the expansive covered lanai. A secondary master suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 includes 2 queen beds. Book today to enjoy your piece of paradise The condo is on the 3rd floor of the building. When you enter the door into the foyer there will be a bedroom on the right hand side with a king size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath with tub/shower. There is also a desk. On the other side of the foyer is bedroom 2 with 2 queen size beds and walk in closet. Off of the hall you will find a closet with some beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrella. Further down the entry hall is a large laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry sink. A den with couch, tv, games and Nintendo switch along with some kid toys. Large kitchen fully stocked with breakfast bar(4 seats) overlooks dining room table with 6 chairs and the family room with a 65” tv and leather reclining sofas. The family room Sliders open to the covered lanai with ocean front view and high top table and chairs and 2 Adirondacks. The master bedroom with king size bed also has sliders and ocean front view as well as en suite bath with tub and separate shower.

Cheryl's place was terrific! We took our whole family and it was so well supplied with things for kids and the beach! There was even a special little room off the kitchen for children with toys and games. It was more gorgeous than the pictures looked! Very well decorated and the big white couch so comfortable for all of us! The amenities were plentiful and great! The view was spectacular and we even saw a couple of launches from Cape Canaveral from the deck! So exciting for us! Cheryl and Randy were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place and, hopefully, will return again soon!

We had a great vacation at Cheryl and Randy’s place! The condo was beautiful, even better than in the pictures. The views of the ocean from the balcony were breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed and more. My little kids had a blast, they loved all the toys that were available to them. The location was also excellent, we were able to walk to many places (Publix, Flagler avenue, beach, shops). Randy and Cheryl were also very responsive and available if we had questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we all didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spacious, clean and cozy right from the start. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, coffee and Flagler. Great location, with gorgeous, unobstructed views. ☀️ We highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Great location, oceanfront yet close to restaurants and easy commute to nearby cities. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was spotless and modern. Very comfortable beds, all adjustable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The hosts, Cheryl and Randy were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
