Umut’s place is fantastic both for families and couples : 1) the location is amazing , it is next to a mall and there is a direct entrance from the compound to the mall. The apartment is located in a very nice compound where you have plenty of green , walking/running tracks , basketball field, football field and even tennis court It is also located in a very central place short drive to important parts of the city 2) Umut is a fantastic host, super responsive , very helpful and flexible. He helped us with an early check in and he was very nice with the check out procedure as well. We left a jacket in the apartment and he really helped us to get it back 3) the interior is lovely, you find everything you need , Umut even put water for us before we arrive , it was a very nice gesture. The bedrooms are spacious , there is plenty of storage We would stay again in Umut’s place any day and we really enjoyed our stay 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at Umut’s place very much. - Umut was very responsive; he immediately responded to our questions and requests very politely. - the apartment is located in very close proximity to a large shopping mall with private access to the mall. - there is large swimming pool as well as a cafe inside the apartment complex. - the kitchen has all the necessary equipment. - there is a large living room with a large TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, … . - the complex is gated with security personnel which makes it very safe. - there are a lot of spaces for walking and jogging in the complex at anytime of the day.
