I stayed at Barbara’s place for 11 weeks while attending Pastry School. The house is beautiful, in a safe neighborhood that had walking trails throughout and very close to Red Rock Casino and shops and restaurants in Downtown Summerlin. I highly recommend Barbara’s house!

Well-maintained house in a nice part of town, and was clean with modern amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and far off the strip, but close to Red Rock canyon and is a pretty area. There were a few quirks for a long-term stay (for example, the dishwasher wasn’t the best at getting things clean and the sliding glass door only “locks” shut with a bar in the track since the latch doesn’t work), but overall it’s a nice place for a month-long stay with cats.

Great place and super convenient to what we needed. It had all the amenities we needed and the host was very attentive to our requests! Thanks for a great month in Summerlin! I highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Barbara's home. It's in a quiet and safe area but with easy access to hiking at the Red Rocks area (along with easy access, by car, to multiple paved walks) as well as a quick drive to shopping at the nearby Summerlin downtown. The home was cozy, and the added bonus room with work space was convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, where we didn't use it, there is also a bbq outside for grilling. The home is well suited for long term stays with plenty of closet space (and lots of hangers), dressers and comfortable beds. Barbara was easy to communicate with and friendly. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
