The place was lively but check in was delayed by 2 hours. The place was still being cleaned. We then found out internet reception was terrible. Wifi was going to be an additional charge.

Pedro & Jomary were very responsive to all my inquiries and accommodating when I needed to make a slight change in my reservation. They communicated all our requests to the resort which we fulfilled. The resort itself was amazing and conviently located. The staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to maintenance and everyone was eager to make our stay comfortable. Upon arrival we learned that our rental was "VIP" So we received 2 welcome gift bags with water and snacks. We were in Windsor for the birth of our first grandchild which I had shared with the front desk staff upon our arrival. Shirley @ the front desk was so excited for us and upon learning of the birth, housekeeping created a "diaper cake" out of towels and decorated it with baby stickers. We also received a card and bottle of champagne with chocolates from the front desk. From my initial interaction with Pedro & Jomary to the over all great experience @ the unit/resort I am highly recommending.

Very clean and cozy! Great kitchenette even though we weren’t there much to use it! Rooms were spacious and I love the outdoor patio!
