Enjoy this beautiful 88m2 apartment with your partner, family or friends. Quiet, bright, on the banks of the Allier. Opposite CREPS. Ideal for CAPES exams, business trips, spa treatments or leisure stays. 2 bedrooms including 1 family room, sofa bed in study. Triple living room with sofa, independent kitchen, large 90x140 shower and separate WC. Bed made up on arrival, towels provided. Refurbished in 2023. Free loan of 2 bicycles and childcare equipment on request. Independent entrance. 2 elevators, keypad, intercom and janitor. Surveillance camera in common areas of building but not in apartment. Contact me for curist rate (20 days).

Très bon séjour. Venue pour passer un concours, l'emplacement est idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pied du palais des sports. Très propre et confortable, je recommande !

L'Entrée autonome nous arrange bien , Isabelle est tres sympas, toujours joignable au téléphone L'Appartement est spacieux avec une vue panoramique, c'est le top des top, On a bien passé un tres bon séjour,, on y revient encore , je recommande vivement👍

At 300m from the greenway, to follow the banks of the Allier to the nature reserves (more than 20km) and enjoy the circuit of the lake both on foot and by bike.

You can go to the heart of the city or to the thermal baths
by bike in 7mn, by car in 4mn or by foot in 20mn but also by BUS, the stop is next to the residence. It runs every day.
