Spacious and comfortable apartment. Fantastic view!!! Apartment description mentioned that washing machine was available while it wasn't. Since we planned to wash our clothes during our stay the had an argument with the owner for that.

Steinunn’s home was very clean and lovely, with a nice view of the glaciers across the bay, and super close to a grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Checking in was easy, and the communication was great!

Very nice & calm place (house) with a nice view in front of the sea. Much better than the photos presented. 12O% clean. Nice rooms and beads. Big kitchen with everything available. Will recommend and come back.

Une grande maison spacieuse au calme. La vue est imprenable sur les glacier de l'autre coté de la baie. Nous avons diné et pris notre petit déjeuner sur place afin de profiter de cette vue époustouflante. Je recommande.

Steinunn's place is easy to find and beautifully located with water views to distance mountains and a glacier. We arrived in Höfn two hours before check-in time and went to a local cafe. I messaged Steinunn via AirBNB website to ask if we could check in early. To our delight, Steinunn responded immediately to say, "Yes, it is ready and you're welcome to check-in". We appreciated both her quick response and permission to check in. Steinunn's family lives here and some rooms were off-limits, but the two of us had plenty of room. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and modern. We missed having a microwave, but the very nice automatic espresso machine made up for it (it even steams and froths milk!). We felt welcome and right at home. We highly recommend Steinunn's place.
