Very nice stay at Kathleen’s place. Walking distance to the water, very close proximity to all the best restaurants and things to do. Would stay again. Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, with everything just as described in the listing. The front deck was perfect for early morning coffee, seeing the sunrise on the ocean. The beach was a dream setting with the amazing path through the trees. We had it to ourselves a lot of the time. We felt very safe as the neighborhood is tucked away from the busy areas of the island. Kathleen and her husband were very quick to respond/resolve the few minor things that came up. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend the Cozy Cottage!

The Cozy cottage was a wonderful place to stay! Tucked away in a private residential community, it was both quiet yet convenient. From the deck, there are beautiful views of the water and Buck Island. You can easily walk to a pretty neighborhood beach. If you want to explore the island, Kathleen has provided a notebook full of helpful suggestions of things to do and places to visit - from beaches, to restaurants and shops. The cottage had everything we needed- from beach chairs, to good wi-fi, to a comfortable queen sized bed, and a fully equipped kitchen! We can’t wait to visit again!

Knowledgeable host. Unit is nice, clean and has many amenities including dishwasher, washer/dryer and porch with a great view.

The Cozy Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet, thoughtfully decorated and a good location for exploring the island. It has everything you need for an extended stay, and nothing you don’t. Kathleen and Jimmy are fantastic hosts, and really good people. We will be back!
