Welcome to our cozy studio basement with shared hallway to enter. Open concept room with a living room and a private bathroom. Located in a quite and safe residential neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes drive from Appleby Go station that travels to downtown Toronto, 5 minutes walk to Fortinos, 3 minutes walk to bus station. Short driving distance to QEW and just under an hour to the Niagara Falls. Relax and quiet space with a Sectional comfy couch, coffee table and TV with Roku.. No kitchen on-site but kettle, microwave, glasses, plates and utensils and compact fridge are included. Guest parking is also included. Non-smoke house!

Great host, easy going and I felt comfortable during my stay. Thanks for having me!
Lorena has a nice renovated space that is clean and private. All appliances you could need are provided and the hosts are always responsive should you need anything. Flexible check in is also appreciated. The location is close to a plaza with a grocery store and many restaurants and there are also others a few minutes drive as well. Location is also just a few minutes from the beautiful waterfront. Nice place for a quiet weekend getaway or longer if you need.
