First of all, I would love to extend my thanks to the host. They were very proactive in answering to our needs, and questions. Place was clean and well prepared upon our arrival. Mr Viktor was there early to receive us and guide us into the residence. Mr Joe also regularly passed by and checked up on us whether we’re doing good and in need of anything. The neighbourhood is pretty accessible since there’s town bus and also the metro station is within walkable distance. For people wondering whether to book their stay here, fret not as the place is comfortable and cozy. P.S. we came during winter season but still felt nice and warm during our stay here. The hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts here are good and you’ll not have any problems here. Convenient shops are all around the residence. Last of all I would like to once again, thank the host again for hosting me and my family for our long 2 weeks stay in Seoul. Would definitely consider coming back to the same place again!

I had a great time at Sprout! It was very nice and had enough room for me and my family. We ate out essentially our whole time in Korea but they provide everything should you want to cook. They also had extra bedding which was nice. I was not a fan of the location at first because of the steep uphill street in front (not used to it back home) but after the first day it was fine because we found the bus stop that’s literally just beside the house! There are many convenience stores around with a 7-eleven right by the house. The house is close to Iteawon, Namsan Tower, Seoul Station and Myeongdong. The bus close to the house comes frequently and the other stops for different routes aren’t far to walk. The hosts were super welcoming and provided us with awesome places to eat and visit and were quick to answer. They even helped us get taxis when we were checking out as we had multiple suitcases. Would definitely come back when I visit Korea in the future!

Great place to stay in a great location! Viktor & Joe we’re very responsive and super nice, and even checked in on us during our stay. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

Very safe area that is accessible to the bus and subway. Conveniently located near a lot of food and convince stores. The house is very clean and very organized. Host is willing to come out and help at anytime. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially English speaking guests.

Had a great stay in Seoul and this apartment was well suited for the location I was in. Plenty of space and the two AC units were sufficient for the hot and humid temps in mid summer. Had a great stay.
