The cabin is actually quite cute and comfy. We came for the eclipse and spent a pretty penny to stay here. The town and surrounding area were quite busy which is not normal for this area. With that said, the only rooms in the cabin with shades are the bedrooms. There are quite a few other windows in the living area that look out on to the highway and large trucking business across the highway. It feels like being in a fish tank. Itwas incredibly uncomfortable to us as the cabin did not feel private. People that work across the street there can easily see into the cabin. Due to the eclipse there were also folks camping in this parking lot who could also see right into the cabin. The doorway I aide the cabin are also of varying heights. the shortest being right at 5' 11". My husband got his head multiple times, so if you are on the taller side you might want to consider this. The front door next to the road also does not have a deadlock and could easily be opened with a credit card.

Perfect place to stay for a snowmobile trip, we enjoyed it very much. Very clean and great communication.

The cabin in Jackman served as a great base for our weekend wildlife tracking experience. Despite its location across from a well lit equipment yard, the cabin was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped for our needs. It provided a convenient and comfortable accommodation during our stay.
