We really enjoyed staying in this property. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great - at the end of a cul de sac and next to a golf course, so very quiet and lots of bird song. It's close to the beach and within easy walk of shops, restaurants and the green buses that go into the city centre. We also liked the location in the complex. The apartment is tucked away around the side of the complex on the ground floor, so it felt very private and had a little garden; you can get to the swimming pool easily using a short path round the back. The swimming pool is fantastic! There is also a gym and beautiful roof garden with great views. Mo and Sunny responded very quickly to questions. When we had problems with the hot water in one of the bathrooms, they dealt with it very quickly. Overall, it was a great stay (2 weeks), and we were very sad to leave.

Nice home, tv didn't work for all of the days we stayed, mo was responsive when contacting him about this, took a day to reply when offering to swap for a new tv, but we were leaving at 5am next morning, so didn't bother. The place overall was good with comfy beds, nice showers in each bathroom. All utensils for making food and location is within 10 minutes walk to beach a few small restaurants, massage places etc.

Good location in quiet place, really nice beach nearby the condominium, good internet, nice design of the apartment. All our request were solved by the owner.
