Relax and chill with good friends and family at this Peaceful, Quiet, Spacious. Comfortable, Private & Secure Home. Enjoy the privilege of this private property with all the comfort and convenience of it's amenities. You also have the advantage to host small private events such as baby shower, birthday party, bridal event, family reunion, or just a cool family & friends' linkup, etc. This is a secure private property, 3 full size bedrooms to include a Master bedroom, full dining area. private driveway and secured main gate entrance. Living room, general laundry / washroom, area. front patio and a general outside gazebo area for optional activity and dedicated area if need for smoking. The other section of the home a 1-bedroom self-contain, (Modern Retreat @Kool Home) is totally separate and independent from the 3 bedroom and is optional choice of residence.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described. Loved that it was a smart home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Garfield was amazing. Super accommodating explained everything to us even came outside and played racquetball with my nephew and my husband. We had a great time would definitely recommend

I instantly fell in love with this place, the host was super friendly and professional. Casey the co-host was also very helpful, friendly and super professional. I will definitely stay here again. Book the kool home you won’t regret it.

My stay at the Kool Home was phenomenal. Feels like I’m right at home! The space is clean, spacious and tidy. Not to mention both hosts who were welcoming and so accommodating! 5 star experience and customer service😊 Definitely recommend.

Most technologically advance airbnb I have stayed in. There’s a button or an Alexa command for almost everything. Beautiful home. Attentive , knowledgeable and caring hosts. A truly rich experience. I recommend anyone who wants a comfortable, safe, friendly, warm, and aesthetically pleasing place to stay, to book right here! I’m already planning my next stay! This is small community in Heartease Mandeville, appx: 5 -7 minutes from Mandeville town square, just outside the busy noisy, hectic traffic of the town centre.
The property is a private sub division lot "no street No# is assigned'' Heartease district residential developing community. From Mandeville Town Centre, It is situated between Caledonia Main Road - towards - Royal Flat to Williams Field main road. or 'visa-versa' travelling from Kingston direction.
(Please NOTE:) Goole Maps sometimes dose not appears to give a direct precise pin-point location at times. If needs be, please feel free to contact, Host or Co-Host "if need further assistant to precise location to the property. We will be more than happy to assist or escort you to the location.... or follow written "Kool Home" direction signs posted in close proximity along the road way to the property.

Guest also have the option for personal ''get-around'' or delivery of goods, groceries & local Jamaican food/dishes. This option can be arranged by Host or Co-Host and be delivered to you at the house.
