This newly refurbished spacious 'Home from Home' is Hosted by the Super Host Owner. This beautiful property with a Woodland Garden offers 3 large Double Bedrooms, 3 Shower Rooms (2 Ensuite) in a comfortable, spacious and well-appointed interior, accommodating up to 6 Guests with the option of an additional 2 Guests. We also have an Apartment that is connected to the main house so, we are now able to accommodate larger Groups of up to 12 Guests as both the Main House & Apartment can be booked together or individually. In response to our Guests needs we have become very Family Friendly and now have 2 x Travel Cots, 2 x High Chairs, a Changing Mat and a Potty for Families visiting with precious little Bundles of Joy. Bedroom Locations & Layout ... No. 1 - Master Bedroom has a large Ensuite, is located on the G/F at the rear and overlooks the Garden and Pond. No. 2 - This Bedroom is also on the G/F and overlooks the front Garden but also still maintains a good amount of privacy. The room also has a 2 seater leather sofa and coffee table. The large Shower Room is just across the hall. No. 3 - This Bedroom with its own Ensuite is on the 1/F. It is very spacious with a vaulted ceiling and also overlooks the front Garden & Drive. The Beds are all very comfortable Singles and we also offer Guests the ability to have a Super King set-up once a booking has been made in order to accommodate our Guests every requirement. The Bedlinen provided is all branded, good quality and 100% cotton. The duvets and pillows are all duck feather for added comfort and luxury. The Lounge is a particularly lovely space to relax whilst enjoying the unspoilt rural outlook and views across Knatts Valley. It offers 2 large top-quality Sofas, a leather Parker Knoll and a Tetrad which converts to a comfortable Double Sofa Bed to accommodate Additional Guests upon request. Again, all Cushions are feather for added luxury and comfort. We have installed an Apple TV system so you can sign into your streaming services but also offer a wide selection of Games and House Books for some alternative good old fashioned entertainment. The private, sunny Woodland Garden is also Home to some regular and very welcomed Wildlife Visitors with a long-established set of Badgers, who we have been Supporting for many years. Visiting Foxes and the annual return of regular Blue Tits plus Woodpeckers, all of whom make this a special, tranquil and peaceful place to be. So please enjoy the beautiful uninterrupted countryside views of Knatts Valley by day and also the Red London Skyline by night. My Father built a lovely rustic Pond in the Garden but we eventually got outwitted by visiting Herons! Newts have now apparently taken up residence and enjoy their peaceful place. Please Note : The Pond is not fenced so, please be Very Careful and supervise your young Children at all times ... Thank You. There is also a separate and lockable Shed/Storage area to the front of the property to safely accommodate 3-4 Motorbikes or 6-8 road Bikes. A Security Camera has been installed for this area for further Guest property protection. The Shed also includes the Utility Room where there is a complimentary Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer plus Drying Racks.
