We loved our experience at The Point. The house is beautifully situated and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is outfitted for guests who love to cook. And the main living/dining area is comfortable and inviting. There are many interesting books that provide historical context to the canal and the Maritime Academy across the way. And the canal path is a short drive from the house. The interior and exterior space offers exquisite views of Buzzards Bay, the West entrance to the Cape Cod Canal, the Mass Maritime Academy, and the interesting flow of recreational and commercial vessels navigating the canal throughout the day and night. We enjoyed the quiet privacy this location offers, and the sheer beauty of the surroundings. The house is comfortable and inviting, and the hosts were attentive and accommodating when we had questions. We hope to return again next Spring. This is a wonderful place. Ken

Location, location, location !!!!! 174 Jefferson sits at the end of a bluff. It was very private. The house was roomy for entertaining inside and outside. We hosted friends and family and everyone loved the house, the grounds, the beach and location. I walked the canal almost daily and the sunsets from the property were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks Mary From Paul and Kitty Stanley
