We had an incredible stay at this apartment - inside it is beautiful with great fittings and linen. I was most impressed with the location - I don’t think there is any AirBnb in Porto that can match this one for location - being located so close to the Chapel of Souls and other famous landmarks was a delight. The host is responsive and very helpful as well - I would book this apartment again!

Rui was a great host. Tried to deal with problems. Ex: no spatula or towels in the kitchen. He sent them right over. Owners need to stay on this property for a week. One bedroom with 4 inch mattress. Only vanity mirrors. Seem petty? Try living without a mirror! The apartment is spacious and beautiful. However, seriously lacking in final touches. All shower products go on the floor. All living room drinks go on the floor. Not a single end table in the living room. No coffee pot. No toaster. The area was fabulous but the apartment needs someone who cares. We own two rentals on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman and understand the responsibility of being an owner and accommodating guests. I must reiterate…Rui and staff were great and responsive!! Apartment was NOT well appointed!

We had an excellent stay at Rui’s place! The apartment is exactly what it was described. It is clean, location is great and within walkable distance to all attractions, and in a safe community. Rui is very responsive and communicative. The lock to get into our apartment is malfunction one night and we couldn’t get in, the management team came out at night to help us but unfortunately they had to break the lock. They were able to accommodate us to a larger apartment right away and we are happy with it. Rui cares about his customers. I highly recommend Rui’s place if you are traveling to Porto next time.

Good appartement, very big an enough space for everybody. You can walk easy to the center of the city. The communication was very good with the host.
